Mind-Body-Spirit Assessment

Guided by insights from clinically-proven assessments, you’ll see yourself and your potential with fresh eyes. Our team of wellness experts will develop your program, individualized to your specific goals

30-Day Reboot

The Reboot is a wellness tuneup for clients who are “in a funk” or not functioning at their best. It is a less intense and less clinically based program than the Intensive.

30-Day Wellness Intensive

With regular one-on-one therapeutic or coaching sessions, the intensive program is for clients who are dealing with addiction, depression, or another mental health issues as identified by our clinical team.

Maintenance & Support

After a 30-day program, your transformation team will recommend steps for sustaining your results independently, or with the types of support you need.

Clinical Director

Dr. Eric Welsh

Dr. Eric Welsh is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing for 21 years. He received a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, a Masters in Psychology in Education from Columbia University in New York City and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University, also in New York. Dr. Welsh’s training and practice has been broad, offering psychological assessment and psychotherapy to diagnose and treat many psychological disorders, such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar, addiction, marital conflict, and parenting issues. In addition to an ongoing private practice, he has practiced in psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, college student clinics, psychoanalytic institutes and partial hospitalization programs. He strives to respectfully come along side of people as they seek to better understand and resolve relational and psychological problems using the most current, research-based approaches for assessment and treatment.  Helping people achieve lasting change in their life solely through the avenue of psychotherapy, while effective, has many limitations. Substantive, lasting change typically involves engaging ones mind, body and spirit. Over the years of practice I have strongly recommended patients increase physical activity because of the abundance of research that shows a strong link between exercise and mental health. In addition, as humans we have the capacity to consider our own mortality, and thus struggle with our sense of meaning and purpose. This “spiritual” component of change involves awareness of our values, our beliefs, our community, honesty, acceptance, mindfulness, and many other deeply important aspects of ourselves. Without imposing any particular worldview on someone, facilitating a person’s engagement with these aspects of their life are fundamental to achieving lasting change. Through an intensive, time-limited format, providing a person, who is motivated for change, with a team of professionals, who address these three core components of life, I believe the chance of obtaining and maintaining significant change is profoundly increased.
